Aim High Scholarship Program

It is no secret that the number of African-American males on college campuses continues to be lower than others. The Asfaw Family Foundation International (AFFI) is working to do something about it. The “Aim High” scholarship program was established by AFFI to help increase the number of African American males enrolled in colleges and universities.

To be an eligible candidate for the scholarship, students must: be a Colorado resident; an African-American male high school senior; have a grade point average of at least 2.5; be involved in the community; demonstrate financial need; and have a career goal to make a difference in the quality of life for others and his community.
